I have had a Eco King C200 since 2018 and been very happy with the unit until the last little while started acting up, after contacting the company I was put in touch with James one of their technician and I must say that he was a real gentleman with the whole process of walking me through all the steps and diagnosis the issues and providing me with the information needed to get parts and after a few changes to the unit with new board and new gas valve the unit is back up and running as it should.

I recently bought a home and found inconsistent heating with my Eco-King boiler. After calling multiple plumbers including reputed brand name ones most of whom quoted me $12,000+ suggesting I must replace my boiler and there was no way this could be fixed.

I then called Eco-King and spoke to James who guided me and recommended the technicians who are trained by the company. James was also very kind to come for a checkup himself that too in his off hours late in evening and he quickly diagnosed along with Chad that the boiler was connected wrong.

Hot and cold water pipes had been connected the other way and that was causing sensor to not guess correctly the demand and thus inconsistent hot water. They sent an expert tech to fix the issue the next day at a very reasonable price. Out boiler is now working great so the product is awesome.

I recommend anyone having any issues to first contact Eco-King and only go with trained and certified plumbers to assess their boiler. I am very pleased with the overall experience and service provided by James and Chad from Eco-King team. They value their customers. It is sad that untrained plumbers are damaging their boiler reputation by giving bad advice to home owners.

I’m still amazed after (approx.) seven years of use, my combi unit still runs like the champ. I’m a DYI guy so years ago Chad gave great advice when I was installing my system in a very old house. Now I relied upon James for some help as I’ve been doing a renovation that included relocating the boiler. As before, I picked up the phone and talked to the lady who directed my call to James. In my opinion that is the basics of a wonderfully run company. The boiler has worked flawlessly and the advice from the EcoKing team was spot on!!! Thank you James.

James provided an exceptional service when our boiler tripped on an error code. He remained on phone with me and did the troubleshoot. He is knowledgable, professional and reliable. His instructions were clear. Very impressed with his commitment and patience to resolve the issue. James is a rockstar.

I had trouble with one of their boilers and the plumber who installed it could not figure out the issue. James who I have been contacting with was very helpful. He Facetimed me to see the problem and spent time with me going through troubleshooting and it helped. After some solutions, I can see it is now working good.

Our boiler shut down on a Thursday and our plumber couldn't come until late Friday. He discovered the heat exchanger was leaking. He hadn't installed the boiler and wasn't aware of EcoKing warranty conditions, but felt we would probably require a new boiler.

I called James at Eco King on Monday morning and explained that our 4 year old boiler had a leaking heat exchanger. He asked me to send a picture of the leak and the install information. On Wednesday, James sent out a free replacement part, freight prepaid.

On Friday, the plumber installing the new he was very surprised how well designed the boiler was, to allow a quick exchange. A 3-hour plumber's bill covered all his visits!

I was very pleased with the fast and pleasant service we got from James, and the design of the Eco King boiler which made it so user friendly for the plumber.
