Ever had one of those days? Always seem to be on a weekend, when your electrical or mechanical/boiler-support in your home decides to send you a notification of trouble? Today was one of those days.

As luck would have it, I phoned the Eco-King number ready to leave an message, but got a real human, Farhad, instead of the answering machine. I couldn't believe it. Then, miracle of miracles, Farhad was able to FaceTime talk me through how to reset my boiler... and we got it back to being "ON". So happy I wanted to cry. I was then given names of local techs who could come and pay my boiler a visit for a checkup. All this on a Sunday. Can you believe it???

My heat was not working and we called them and James returned our call and helped us over the phone to fix the heat. Great service by James.

I almost got robbed $1000 to fix my Eco-King boiler. Good thing I Googled their website and phoned them. Luckily support technician is available 24/7 (James Montina) he guided me to change my own boiler mother board and it's so easy. Also another technician helped me calibrate my boiler (Chad). For the last 3 days I was without heat and hot water as our 10 year old Eco-King stopped working.

I phoned a company who had their label on the unit and they recommended a full replacement and gave me a verbal estimate of $18,000!

I decided to phone Eco-King to see if they could put me in touch with someone to come out and I was transferred to James who walked me through a bunch of troubleshooting steps over the phone and came by the next day and got my boilers working in under two hours and the cost of time and materials.

Unlike the company that recommended an $18,000 solution without a care for me, Eco-King and James in particular really does care about the homeowner.

I absolutely recommend people to reach out to Eco-King and consider their products, they absolutely stand by them.

My initial experience with the HEET 199 is very positive, just like all the other Eco-King products I have installed and used!

James is very kind and did perfect service. He fixed the hot water tank sensor problem. Another plumber told that I have to replace whole water tank. But it is possible to replace only sensor part. Eco-King saved me big money.
