I have Eco King Boiler installed at our home since 2015. Recently, the boiler tripped on an error code. I called the customer services and they got me connected with James Montina in their Technical Support department. I must say that James provided an exceptional service. He remained on phone with me; did video call to understand the issue and troubleshooted step by step.

He was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Recommended to replace one of the parts. He even advised where to find the part in Calgary. I bought the part next day and called him again. To cut the long story short, James is knowledgeable, professional and reliable. His instructions were very clear. I was very impressed with his commitment and patience to resolve the issue.
