We were having a problem and our installer was away. We called Eco-King on the weekend and James walked us through the problem over the phone. A few days later Chad came over and made a few adjustments. I highly recommend them for exceptional customer service. Their help was greatly appreciated.

Almost 10 years after they were installed and still working like brand new. I would also like to add that their customer service is AMAZING. They have answered questions for me on multiple occasions. They respond quickly and never make me feel like my question is unimportant. The minor adjustments that might be required are easy enough to do for myself so I don't have to call a plumber every time.

We have had our Echo-King furnaces and hot water tank in our duplex for 5 years now. We have saved so much money on our natural gas bill! There is a very noticeable improvement from our old and very inefficient furnaces. Our home is warmed quickly when we turn on our furnace. Maintenance is a dream. We have had no problems at all since they were installed. So far we are thrilled with our Echo-King products!

James is very supportive and provide us with professional advice and service. He explained everything in easy way to help us understanding the maintenance process.

He came in after-work hours to help us solve emergency problems. And he told us how to properly monitor the boiler to ensure it was maintained well and operated safely.

I have had this boiler in my 5000 SQFT house since 2016, never had any problems with the boiler for hot water or radiant floor heat for the entire house. recently In early January 2025 I had an issue where the unit was loosing power when switching to heat from hot water. I called a plumbing company to assess it (which I am not going to name) it was repaired couple of times but the problems kept happening again and again, I called the same plumbing company they came and told me that I will probably have to change my boiler and gave me an estimate to put in a IBC boiler for $8000.

I called James and Chad at the Eco king they asked me to send the video of the issue and Chad facetimed me and asked me to perform a calibration on the boiler while he stayed on call with me and eventually informed me that to him the problem looked like it was with the mother board, I picked up the motherboard from Chad's house as he was nice enough to bring it to Surrey so I did not have to drive all the way to the office. Once the mother board was put in, the boiler was running as smooth as new.

James at the office was kind enough to call me back even on the weekend to check up to make sure that the boiler was working fine after changing the motherboard, I can not say enough for the service this company provides for its customers and stands behind their product. Thank you Chad and James for excellent service.

We were having a problem with our Eco King 100 during the coldest weekend of the year and our Installer was on holidays. We called King Heating on the weekend and James spent 20 minutes on the phone with us to help reset the system. A few days later Chad, the President came over to check things out. Their help and response was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them and as an added incentive, the units are Canadian made.

I have to say since owning the Eco King boiler which was installed in 2015, I have been very pleased with the service provided. I do the recommended yearly maintenance and change the necessary parts as recommended by the tech which is usually Peter and most recently Mahdi, both of which are excellent, professional, polite technicians that respect what they do, and do the job right, as I’ve never had any issues with the boiler & I can trust that the boiler operates reliably throughout the year.

This is a local Canadian made product that I will support for that reason. Should my boiler ever need anything or even replacement, King Heating, James and his staff will be my first call.

I put in my unit when I built my house about 9 years ago. Excellent unit. I have no complaints about it. The company is very reliable and stands behind their products. I get my unit serviced on a regular basis which keeps it running without any issues.

The gentleman that I call to service my Eco-King unit is Mahdi Momtazmand. Mahdi is an excellent technician. He’s very honest, friendly, clean, respectful and is an expert on the Eco-King products. Anytime I have questions about my boiler I call Mahdi and he always provides me excellent advice and service.

I will definitely be sticking with and recommending Eco-King products.

As a solar thermal installer we've installed a few of the dual coil side arm 120 gallon tanks. The quality is superior to other tanks in this class. Plenty of ports for sensors and or gauges. Good insulation qualities and good heat transfer on the exchanger coils. I buy these anytime we have an application that requires dual coil H/X's.

I have Eco King Boiler installed at our home since 2015. Recently, the boiler tripped on an error code. I called the customer services and they got me connected with James Montina in their Technical Support department. I must say that James provided an exceptional service. He remained on phone with me; did video call to understand the issue and troubleshooted step by step.

He was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Recommended to replace one of the parts. He even advised where to find the part in Calgary. I bought the part next day and called him again. To cut the long story short, James is knowledgeable, professional and reliable. His instructions were very clear. I was very impressed with his commitment and patience to resolve the issue. James is a rockstar and definitely an asset for the company.
