Review for Eco-King Supreme C Combi
We have a large home in the Cariboo (-35° in the winter) and our only heat source is our in floor heating. Our Eco-King boiler provides us with the hot water needed for heating all three floors of the home as well as our domestic hot water.
Needing only minor maintenance every few years, this boiler has reliably kept us warm for the past 10 years. Couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service received by King Heating as well!

We are very happy with our hydronic heating system setup. It has been running reliably for 9 years without any service.
Recently, the fan failed due to condensate backing up into the combustion chamber. Moving forward, we will call authorized technicians to perform annual service to prevent this issue and keep the system performing at its best.
Great guys, great products, been running strong for 10+ years. Thanks guys.

I am thrilled to be the owner of an Eco King Stainless Steel Electric Hot Water Heater - MADE in BC with a LIFETIME warranty! Blows my mind that not everyone has one!
In a province filled with "Environmentalists" and "Local Business Supporters" it was surprising how difficult it was to find a local plumber keen on installing something other than the normal US/Mexican made hot water tank with a 7 - 10 year lifespan. Thanks to Chad Euverman for the great product information and referring me to Rob Hadley from Independent Heating who also sees the value of local and longevity! Also important was my strata's acceptance of Eco-King's Limited Lifetime Tank Warranty - which they do!
I've had my Eco King for over month and all is working well! I look forward to a lifetime of hot water!

Eco-King went above and beyond for an emergency issue. From sticking around a little later on a Friday for me to make it to their 192nd St location after work and get a part. To James (salesman) absolutely having in-depth knowledge of the boiler inside and out. As a tradesperson, I thought I was speaking with a technician. He took an hour of his time to guide me through a major issue so my family could be warm for the weekend.
Outstanding old school customer care. If our society functioned as this business does, we'd all be living in a better place.
Review for Eco-King High Efficient Electric Hot Water Tank
We just replaced our 16-year-old John Wood hot water tank with Eco-King High Efficient Electric Hot Water Tank Saga S 300. While our old tank was still working without any issues, we were told previously by our plumber that its end-of-life time had long passed and we were risking a failure and possibly a water leak at any time. So, after doing extensive research we settled on this tank. Time will tell its long-term quality but the installation process was awesome and Peter Vitae did a fantastic job. Super nice guy and I can tell he is a highly experienced installer. He had to do quite a bit of modification and re-doing of pipes and electrical wiring due to the new tank's design being different than the outgoing tank. So, thank you Peter for a professional installation and wonderful service! One more thing... when we drained our old tank, oh boy, what came out of it was a thick muddy liquid. I assume it was 16 years' worth of residues filtered and accumulated at the bottom of the tank. Seeing this alone made me think that replacing it was worth it even though it was still working fine.
Review for Furnace inspection
1st time I used King Heating Products. Was not trusting the work coming from my previous supplier. Dave was asked to do an inspection of 2 Bryant furnaces in advance of winter. Provided me a detailed list of items he found and their seriousness. Was pleased with his thoroughness. Will use again.
Farhad helped me troubleshoot a boiler issue on the weekend and was able to get it fixed for the customer. Great service!
Good service, our boiler stopped working, Mahdi came and fixed the problem, also give us all useful information about our boiler, especially condition and how to avoid potential problems, etc. We are happy with Eco-King products and service.
